Public API v1 — Controlled Beta

The v1 contract is implemented for controlled testing and is not publicly deployed. This initial developer documentation describes the current OpenAPI contract, authentication model, safe writes, events, and operator-provisioned webhooks.

Compatibility and breaking-change policy will be formalized before general availability. Until then, the OpenAPI compatibility guard and explicit contract review are release gates; no GA stability claim is made.
